God made us. We belong to him. Why do the simplest concepts seem so foreign to us? Everything we have and everything we are is because of him. Yes, some have more things, better jobs, a great life but that is because they know the value of godly principles and concepts. When we seek him, he will be found waiting for us to ask for his help.
Recently my daughter had a medical procedure and did okay, but two days later she was rushed to the hospital with internal bleeding from a complication. I knew that she was special to him and would heal her. As things got worse, we prayed even more. For the first time, I prayed God would send an angel to lay on her and bring her back to full healing. With prayers, Elijah laid on a young boy and breathed life into him again. I knew God would answer my prayers because he is a loving and compassionate God. That night her life signs stabilized and within the week she was taken off the ventilator. Her complete healing came after only ten days of rehabilitation.
When sick, he will heal you. When hungry, he will feed you. When afraid, he will protect you. When alone and feeling unwanted, he will love and comfort you. He is always there, waiting for you to ask, so he can give you all the blessings he has stored up for you. Through prayer, he will save you, guide you, hold you, and bring you to a better life. It is simple. Say the name of Jesus and he is there. No matter what is happening right now…HE WILL.
